You agree not to:

a. Use the Services for any unlawful or fraudulent purposes.
b. Disrupt or interfere with the security or functionality of the Services.
c. Use automated systems (e.g., bots) to access or manipulate the Services.

5. SMS/Text Messaging Consent
By providing your contact information, you consent to receive communications from Epique Realty, including automated text messages, for purposes such as updates from the company regarding policies and procedures, new programs, support, and transaction-related communications. Standard data or messaging rates may apply. You may opt out at any time by replying "STOP" or get help by replying "HELP". Messaging will be recurring and frequency will vary depending on the situation. 

6. Intellectual Property
