- Apply and transfer. I guide you through the application and your license transfer, step by step. When you’re ready, start your application here and list me, Alethea Reyes, as your sponsor.
- Onboard with support. Tech setup, healthcare enrollment, marketing and your first 90 days, with me alongside you.

How do I join Epique Realty with Alethea Reyes?
Book a call with me. We talk through your goals and numbers, then I guide you through the application, your license transfer and your first 90 days.
How long does it take to move my license to Epique?
Most agents are active within a few business days once the application is submitted and the state processes the transfer. I walk you through each step.
What does it cost to join Epique?
Epique publishes an 85/15 split, a $15,000 cap that declines toward $10,000 over five years, a $149 monthly fee for individual agents, a one-time $99 join fee and a 0.1% transaction fee capped at $500 per deal, with no franchise, desk or annual fees.
Can I join Epique from outside Florida?
Yes. Epique operates in all 50 states, and I support agents wherever they are licensed.
What happens after I join?
You get your tech, healthcare enrollment, marketing tools and training turned on in your first week, plus my support as your Area Leader from day one.
