Epique compensation FAQs
How much does Epique Realty cost?
Epique publishes an 85/15 split, a $15,000 annual cap that declines toward $10,000 over five years, a monthly fee as low as $99 and a 0.1% transaction fee, with no franchise, desk or annual fees. Team plans have lower caps.
What is a declining cap?
Your annual cap goes down each year you stay with Epique, so you keep more of every commission the longer you’re here.
Does Epique offer health insurance for agents?
Epique includes a healthcare program with unlimited no-copay primary care, 24/7 urgent care, mental health support, prescriptions, and dental and vision options. Details are in Epique’s healthcare brochure.
Why count benefits my brokerage doesn’t offer?
Because you’re still paying for them yourself. Healthcare, a CRM, photography and coaching are real business costs, and the calculator shows what you save when they’re included.
