Epique’s culture is built on the idea that a brokerage can be both profitable and generous. In practice that means agents who share what’s working, leaders who answer the phone, and events where you leave with ideas you’ll use on Monday. Locally, I keep it personal: we learn from each other, celebrate each other’s wins and show up for each other.

Epique’s national convention
PowerCON
Epique’s annual gathering brings thousands of agents together for training, recognition and announcements. PowerCON 2024 took over Red Rock Resort in Las Vegas, PowerCON 2025 was held at Gaylord Opryland in Nashville with keynote Simon T. Bailey, and PowerCON 2026 filled the Palladium in Times Square, New York City, headlined by Tom Ferry. It’s where new benefits and tools launch first.

Regional Power Summits
Complimentary, agent-led days of coaching, panels, recognition and networking, held regionally so more agents can attend, from Detroit to Las Vegas.
Women in leadership
PowerGirls
A community and breakout track focused on women leading in real estate, with mentorship and connection that continues after the event.

Monthly meetups I host for agents in our area: open discussions on what’s working, happy hours, card-writing nights for our clients and a holiday potluck. Every agent is welcome to bring something to share.

Agents and the company support each other and our communities through the Epique Cares fund, disaster relief and the Arbres initiative, which plants a tree for every home sold.

What is Epique PowerCON?
PowerCON is Epique Realty’s annual national convention for agents, with keynote speakers, breakout tracks, recognition and new benefit announcements. Recent PowerCONs were held in Las Vegas (2024), Nashville (2025) and New York City (2026).
Are Epique events free for agents?
Many are. Regional Power Summits are complimentary for agents, and daily training is included. Some national events may have registration or travel costs.
Does Epique have local events in Central Florida?
Yes. I host monthly Area Leader meetups for agents in Central Florida, from open discussions to happy hours and holiday events.
