My background is in property management across Central and North Florida, so I know how much the right support changes an agent’s year. My role is to help you get the most out of Epique’s tools, training and benefits, connect you with the right people, and keep you moving toward what you want.

How is Epique different from other brokerages?
Epique pairs an 85/15 split and a cap that declines each year you stay with 100+ benefits most brokerages don’t offer, including no-copay primary care, free listing photography and signs, AI tools, revenue share and stock awards.
What does it cost to join Epique Realty?
Epique’s published plan includes an 85/15 split, a $15,000 cap that drops toward $10,000 over five years, a $149 monthly fee for individual agents, a one-time $99 join fee and a 0.1% transaction fee capped at $500 per deal, with no franchise, desk or annual fees. Use the calculator to compare it with your current brokerage.
Can I join Epique if I am not in Florida?
Yes. Epique operates in all 50 states, and I support agents wherever they are licensed.
Do I lose my brand or my team if I move?
No. White Label lets teams operate under their own brand, and Epique’s teams division helps before, during and after a transition.
